The sale of the 2014A-1 and 2014A-2 Certificates of Participation series closed on May 14, 2014. The 2014A-1 series of $9.2 million was a direct bank purchase that received a true interest cost of 2.290%. The 2014A-2 series of $15.8 million received a true interest cost of 4.277%. The combined true interest cost was 3.865%.
